MBF, HBA & Mutual Community to re-brand as one – ‘Bupa’

In November 2011, HBA, MBF & Mutual Community will join together to become Bupa. Coinciding with the re-branding to Bupa a new website www.bupa.com.au  will be launched.

As part of the change, current provider networks, MBF member Care and Members First will become Bupa Members First. There are no changes to products and from November Bupa members will commence using new Bupa membership cards.

ANTA Members will receive from Bupa updated copies of the Bupa Australia Practitioner Rules of Participation, Schedule of Set Benefits and Maximum Chargeable Amounts that apply from the 1st November 2011.

There are no changes to the Maximum Chargeable Amounts from the current schedule and members are not required to complete applications to continue as providers with Bupa.
