ANTA Membership Fees

ANTA has represented professional natural therapy practitioners for more than 55 years and due to stringent membership requirements has established an unequaled and unparalleled standing in the profession for accrediting highly trained and qualified professional practitioners.
One Membership Fee Covers all Modalities
Member (A) Level = $165 per annum
Do you have a Diploma qualification?
Member A level membership and accreditation with ANTA requires a Diploma qualification.
Member (A) (1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $110.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $ 66.00
Member (A) (NOT a 1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $165.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $ 99.00
Member Level = $330 per annum
Do you have an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification?
Member level membership and accreditation with ANTA requires an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification.
Member (1st Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $110.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $ 66.00
Member (2nd Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $220.00
if applying for membership between July - Dec $132.00
Member (NOT a 1st or 2nd Year Graduate)
if applying for membership between Jan – June $330.00
if applying for membership between July – Dec $198.00
Application Fee of $110 Payable with Application
Payable by all applicants (except 1st Year Graduates) when submitting an application.
Minimum Qualification Requirements for ANTA Membership
MEMBER (A) Level - Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Member (A) accreditation is available for natural therapists who have a Diploma qualification in the following modalities:
- Aromatherapy
- Counseling
- Musculoskeletal Therapy
- Myotherapy
- Oriental Remedial Therapy (Shiatsu, An Mo Tui Na, TCM RT)
- Shiatsu
- Remedial Therapy
To be eligible for accreditation with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) you are required to have completed a course that is recognised by ANTA.
MEMBER Level - Minimum Qualification: Advanced Diploma
Member accreditation is available for natural therapists who have an Advanced Diploma qualification in the following modalities:
- Acupuncture (CMBA Registration Required)
- Aromatherapy
- Ayurvedic Medicine
- Chinese Herbal Medicine (CMBA Registration Required)
- Counseling
- Homeopathy
- Musculoskeletal Therapy
- Myotherapy
- Naturopathy
- Nutrition
- Oriental Remedial Therapy
- Remedial Therapy
- Traditional Chinese Medicine (CMBA Registration Required)
- Western Herbal Medicine

FELLOW Level - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
Fellow accreditation is available for natural therapists that have a Degree qualification in the following modalities:

- Chinese Herbal Medicine (CMBA Registration Required)
- Counseling
- Homoeopathy
- Musculoskeletal Therapy
- Myotherapy
- Naturopathy
- Nutrition
- Oriental Remedial Therapy
- Remedial Therapy
- Traditional Chinese Medicine (CMBA Registration Required)
- Western Herbal Medicine
Fellow fee = $495 per annum
Members of ANTA are eligible to apply for an upgrade to Fellow level after 2 years membership and with proof of academic and/or professional practice, provided that they have a minimum qualification of a Degree.
ANTA also offers the following options to current members:
Leave of Absence
Members can apply for a leave of absence for 12 months, with a further extension of 12 months available to a maximum of 2 years in total at a cost of $55 p/a.
Restricted ANTA Membership
Not practising members but still able to obtain TGA (e.g. Maternity Leave, Research, Teaching, etc,) $220 p/a.
Retired ANTA Membership
No longer practicing (receives journal and corespondance) $55p/a.
Overseas Membership
For any Member interested in maintaining full ANTA Membership and is interested in the actitives of ANTA (receives journal and regular correspondence) $220 p/a.
