Professional Indemnity Insurance

ANTA members are required to have a current Professional Indemnity Insurance policy of at least $1m. (plus public liability) to be registered as providers with health funds, as this covers your legal responsibilities to pay damages and legal expenses arising from personal injury to a third party (patient) or damage to their property.

 

Note: Professional Indemnity Insurance of $2m is required for Bupa Provider Registration. Professional Indemnity Insurance of $5m is required by CMBA for Chinese Medicine Registration
