This is to advise that the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Bill 2009 (Bill B) was passed by the Queensland Parliament yesterday (29th October 2009) at 6.30pm without amendment. I also note that Bills C have already been introduced in the Victorian and NSW parliaments.

ANTA has been advised that Bill B was introduced in the Queensland Parliament yesterday 6th October. Bill B and the Explanatory Notes are accessible below.
